1. General
By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update or change any part of these terms at any time.

 

2. Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full before they are processed. Prices shown at checkout are final unless an obvious error is detected.

 

3. Shipping (PAXI – Pep Store Pickup)
We ship exclusively via PAXI (Pep) to your chosen Pep Store.

Standard delivery time is 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or unforeseen delays.

You will receive a PAXI tracking number once your order has been handed over for shipping.

 

4. Collection
Customers are responsible for collecting parcels from their selected Pep Store within PAXI’s allocated time frame. Failure to collect may result in return shipping fees or cancellation.

 

5. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected.

 

6. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after purchase, we will contact you to arrange a refund or alternative option.

 

7. Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, incorrect address details, or uncollected parcels.
We are also not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

 

8. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during checkout is used only for order processing, communication, and delivery.
